If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sheepskin.com, you can return your unworn, unwashed, or defective item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of your online purchase. This applies to on-line purchases only from Sheepskin.com.

Please note: If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and mailed to you. If you used a coupon code, a new gift card will be issued to you in the amount paid for the item.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Your return will usually be processed within a week to two weeks, after receiving returned merchandise.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We can only accept exchanges for purchases made on Sheepskin.com

Even Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color:
Shipping Back to Us:
-You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
-We do not provide return labels.
Shipping the Exchange to You:
For orders within the continental U.S. we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, new shipping fees will apply.

Important: All Sale Collection items are final sale and are eligible for exchange only. No refunds will be issued for these items.

WHAT IS REDO?

By selecting Redo free returns & package protection at checkout (Checkout+), your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from loss or damage.

Redo free returns & package protection cannot be removed once the order has been placed.

If you don’t add Redo free returns & package protection at checkout, you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Any returns must have a tracking number to avoid lost packages. Any returns without tracking may result in lost products that we are not liable for. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns. We can only accept returns/exchanges for purchases made on Sheepskin.com
